When playing on the Avarion server, it's crucial that you do not break Minecraft's Terms of Service.

Chat Conduct

Minor Offenses

1. Chat Spam
   Repeatedly sending the same or similar messages in chat, disrupting the flow of conversation.
2. Non-English Usage
   Using languages other than the server's designated primary language in public chat channels.
3. Improper Language
   Sending messages that contain inappropriate or offensive content.
4. Disrespectful Behavior
   Showing a lack of respect towards other players, staff, or the server community.
5. Unfounded Accusations
   Accusing someone of cheating or using hacks without evidence.

Medium Offenses

1. Toxic Behavior
   Displaying harmful behavior towards other players, such as excessive insults or other negative comments.
2. Impersonation
   Pretending to be another player, particularly staff members, to deceive or cause harm.
3. Encouraging Rule Breaking
   Encouraging other players to break the server rules.
4. Sharing Inappropriate Links
   Sharing links to harmful or inappropriate websites.

Major Offenses

1. Harassment
   Targeting a specific player or group with repeated offensive behavior or messages.
2. Discrimination
   Making derogatory or prejudiced remarks about someone's race, gender, religion, etc.
3. Threats
   Making threats towards other players, whether in-game or in real life.
4. Advertisements
   Directly promoting other servers or services in chat or via other means.
5. Offensive Topics
   Discussing offensive topics such as anything sexual, drug-related, highly political, or hateful is considered inappropriate for this server.

Gameplay Conduct

Minor Offenses

1. Autoclicking
   Using software or hardware to automate clicking actions in the game.
2. Inappropriate Builds
   Constructing structures that are offensive or inappropriate.
3. Minor Glitch Exploitation
   Exploiting minor bugs or glitches in the game that give an unfair competitive edge.
4. Use of Alternate Accounts
   Using alternative accounts.
5. Boosting
   Boosting or trading kills, points, hearts, or anything of the sort that provides an unfair advantage to any team or player is not allowed.
6. Aiding Rulebreakers
   Being complicit in or aiding others in breaking server rules.
7. Neglecting Lunar Offerings
   Failing to sacrifice a diamond to the Chicken God on a full moon.

Medium Offenses

1. Using Macros
   Using scripts or macros to automate complex actions in the game.
2. Unauthorized Modifications
   Using game modifications that are not permitted by the server, which can give unfair advantages.
3. Hacking
   Using unauthorized software or modifications to gain unfair advantages, such as X-ray vision or fly hacks.
4. Account Sharing
   Sharing your account with other players, allowing them to access the server with your credentials.
5. Creating Lag Machines
   Creating structures or using items to intentionally cause server lag.

Major Offenses

1. Extreme Speech
   Any form of rape threats or pedophilic behavior will not be tolerated.
2. Major Glitch Exploitation
   Exploiting major bugs or glitches that severely impact the server's gameplay or economy.
3. Duplication (Duping)
   Duplicating items using exploits or glitches, significantly affecting the server's economy.
4. Doxxing
   Sharing or threatening to share personal information about other players without their consent.
5. Inappropriate Account Names
   Using an account with an offensive or inappropriate username until it is changed.
6. Falsifying Evidence
   Creating or altering evidence with the intent to deceive or harm others.
7. Punishment Evasion
   Avoiding a punishment by using multiple accounts.

Consequences for Breaking Rules

• Violating these rules can result in warnings, temporary bans, or permanent bans depending on the severity of the offense.
• Appeals for bans can be made through the server’s discord (#assistance channel).
